Since 2000 Guardian Care Services is operated in compliance with guidelines set forth under state and federal regulations. We are a Medicare and Medicaid certified, ACHC Accredited, state licensed Home Health Agency.

Medicare Eligibility – In order to qualify for Medicare Home Health the patient must be a medicare beneficiary, homebound, and must require skilled services. All services must be ordered by a physician, and be medically necessary.
